There are several possible options for dropship ordering: You can e-mail, fax, mail-in the order, or place the order directly online using our shopping cart. Each choise is explained below. |

Use the "Dropship Order Format" below for every dropship order.

Very important:
Your distributor account number will be made up of your zip code and your initials. (For example, John Smith with
zip code 33134 would have the account number 33134-JS).

Please indicate your distributor
number in the subject line as in the Dropship Order Format below.

In the section "Amount to Charge" indicate how will you pay or have paid the order. For example: Charge amount using our credit
card information on file... The amount was paid via paypal order number 34132... etc)
Note: Dropship payments should be made every time you dropship an order. Payments can be done using Paypal (our email for receiving payment through paypal is armondx@bellsouth.net), by money order/check or by credit card online using our Online Order Form. Please send the total amount requiered for you dropship order immediately after you order to us, indicate in your payment the dropship order number and your distributor account number. Money orders or checks as payment will delay the shipment until it arrives at our offices. All other forms of payment will be shipped immediately.

Dropship orders can also be place directly online through our Retail & Dropship Price List. We highly recommend using this choice, because the dropshiping process is simple and immediate. The shopping cart has already been set-up with distributors prices for every product, just fill out the form and click.

When filling out the shopping cart please indicate in the "Special Instructions Section" that this is a dropship order and also indicate your distributor number.

In the "Shipping Information Section" write the name and address of the customer where you want the dropship order to be sent. Very Important: Write your name, address and credit card information in the "Cardholder Information Section".

QualityBooks is the only online bookstore that dropships ebooks. Books are dropship to your customers immediately after you place the order. You can place DROPSHIP EBOOK ORDERS directly through our Dropship Ebook Price List. When filling out the shopping cart please indicate in the "Special Instructions Section" that this is a dropship order and also indicate your distributor number.

VERY IMPORTANT: In the "Shipping Information Section" write the name, address and the customer's email (NOT YOUR EMAIL) where you want ebook to be sent. This way the ebook (download instructions) will be sent automatically and immediately to your customer after you place the order.
