POLICIES AND PROCEDURE
Terms:
- Payment with order, by checks (personal or company), money orders,
cashier’s checks and credit card (Visa, Master Card or American Express) are accepted.
- Issue your check to QUALITYBOOKS. Check your order carefully for correct pricing and shipping
charges. $15 bank service charge for all returned checks.
Shipping for US Orders:
- Standard shipping is $3.95 (flat rate no matter how big the order).
Delivery may take from 5-7 days or longer.
- For faster service please specify Priority Mail.
Priority Mail shipping is $4.95 (flat rate no matter how big the order).
Delivery will take from 1-3 days.
- Over 90% of orders are shipped on the same day they are received.
Orders pay by personal or business check (not money orders) may be hold up to 8 or 10 business days
until check clears.
- Orders received by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time are shipped the following morning. Orders
received on Sundays are usually shipped the same day, but they may not be shipped
until Monday morning if business is extremely heavy.

- Airmail shipping is $5.95 (flat rate no matter how big the order).

be issued in U.S. funds and drawn on a U.S. Bank or U.S. Branch of a Canadian Bank.

Guarantee:
- Customers may receive a full refund of the purchase price of the product
less postage and handling for a period of up to 30 days. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied just return merchandise
within 30 days, in saleable conditions, for prompt refund. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
