How do I sign-up for a drop-ship dealership?
Simply go to Dropshipper's Main Page and look for the order icon at the end of the page. You will be taken to our order page to fill-out the required information. Dealership
information will be emailed to you immediately after placing the order! Immediate access to all our books, CDs, programs, videos, plus more at 50%-70% discount plus dropshipping services in all our products.

What is the cost of a drop-ship dealership?
DISTRIBUTOR PLAN: You pay only $29.95 plus S&H, a one-time cost

Do you offer web pages?
Yes we do! We offer a complete "Online Bookstore Website". This website contains most of the products shown on our retail
webstore. Has approximately 100 files and graphics included. The web files do require
some editing on your part and can then be uploaded to your
own web site. It also includes limited technical support from our webmaster. Better yet, our entire inventory is available for you to use in whatever way you wish when
selling our books. All pictures and descriptions can be copied directly from our
website, no matter what level you decide to sign up for. This makes online posting even easier!

What is the best way to get started, selling information by mail or on the Internet?
The choice is entirely yours and depends on your situation. Both the
Internet and traditional Mail Order (advertising and direct mail)
offer an excellent way to get started. If at all possible, do both.

Do I need to collect sales tax from my customers?
This depends on whether or not your state has sales tax. You will
only need to collect sales tax from the customers in your state.

What is drop-shipping?
Drop-shipping is a method of transporting goods from a supplier to a
third party under a second party's label (address) so that it appears as though the product came from the second party and not the
supplier. This enables the second party to conduct business without having to carry any inventory. QualityBooks offers this service

What is the cost for shipping/drop-shipping?
The cost for shipping/drop-shipping is the same as it would cost to
send an item to you. We offer a flat shipping rate, please see Policies and Procedures
for details on shipping charges.

Do the books have prices on them; if so can I change the price on them?
Most of the books we carry do not have prices on them. Some, however
do; they come from the publisher this way. However, you are welcome
to change the prices. But you may want to consider that the
suggested retail price has worked well over the years and changing
the price may result in reduced sales.

Do you give sample copies of your products?
No, this is not something we offer. However, we do stand by our
guarantee, that if you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase and return it to us within 30 days (in saleable condition)
we will gladly refund your money less handling costs no questions
asked! (There are no refunds on quantity purchases of the same item,
imprinted products, reproduction rights, shareware, CD, or
instructional videos, but we do guarantee that we will replace the items
due to defects, etc.)

Are all of your products available for immediate shipping?
All of our orders are shipped within 24 hours after we receive
payment. However, on some orders such as imprinted materials, it may
take 1-3 days before it can be shipped.

How do I dropship my orders to QualityBooks?
There are two possible options for dropship ordering:
1. You can e-mail, fax or mail-in the order to us. Use the below format for every dropship order. Very Important:
Your distributor account number will be made up of your zip code and your initials. (For example, John Smith with
zip code 33134 would have the account number 33134-JS). For all you e-mails, faxes or mail-in dropship orders please indicate your distributor
number in the subject line as in the Dropship Order Format below:
2. Dropship orders can also be place directly through our Retail & Dropship Price List. When filling out the shopping cart please indicate in the "Special Instructions Section" that this is a dropship order and also indicate your distributor number.
In the "Shipping Information Section" write the name and address of the customer where you want the dropship order to be sent. Write your name, address and credit card information in the "Cardholder Information Section".

How do I pay my dropship orders?
When you email, fax, or mail-in the order, we will bill you using your credit card on file, no need to send again and again your credit card information
on each order. We accept MasterCard/Visa™, American Express, and PayPal for your purchases.
However, payments can be made every time you dropship an order. Payments can be done using Paypal (our email for receiving payment
through paypal is admin@contact-qualitybooks.com), or by money order/check.
Please send the total amount required for you dropship order immediately after you order to us, indicate in your payment
the dropship order number and your distributor account number. Money orders or checks as payment will delay the shipment until it arrives at our offices. All other forms
of payment will be shipped immediately.

Can you explain the different payment options?
Very simple, every time you place a dropship order you have to send us the order (use the Dropship Order Format) and the payment for that order.
Payments can be done using the following options:
a. You can use Paypal (our email for receiving payment
through paypal is admin@contact-qualitybooks.com) and E-mail us the dropship information using the "Dropship Order Format".
b. You can use your credit card at our Retail & Dropship Price List. When filling out the shopping cart please indicate in the "Special Instructions Section" that this is a dropship order and also indicate your distributor number.
In the "Shipping Information Section" write the name and address of your customer (where you want the dropship order to be sent). Write your name, address and credit card information in the "Cardholder Information Section".
c. You can just email, fax, or mail-in us the order and we will use
your credit card information on file, considering that you paid
us before using your credit card.
d. You can mail-in us the order with a money order or check as payment.
IMPORTANT: For all you e-mails, faxes or mail-in dropship orders please use the "Dropship Order Format"
and also VERY IMPORTANT always indicate your distributor number in the subject line.

Am I eligible to purchase at the special distributor price immediately?
Absolutely; you can place an initial order with your distributorship
and you're immediately eligible to take the discount as indicated in the Retail & Dropship Price Listing.

What are the best selling items?
We have a number of titles that are top sellers. Some have been
excellent performers for years, others are fairly new. Look at the
Retail & Dropship Price List.
They are designated by the 3 plus signs (+++) after the catalog
number.

Do you have C.O.D.?
No, all orders must be paid in full prior to shipping the item.

As a distributor what is my discount/cost?
The discount will vary depending on the item (approximately 50%). There is no set
discount amount per item. Please see Retail & Dropship Price for exact dealer discount on each title.

Do you drop-ship ebooks?
Most of the eBooks are available for dropshipment, we are at this moment making arrangement to extend the list of ebooks that will be dropship through are website. For possible ebooks to dropship please see both Retail & Dropship Price Lists (titles preceded by e indicates ebook).
Ebooks can be dropship by mail on CDs. Instructions to download an ebook can also be dropship to your customers, however, instructions will not be sent immediately because there will be some time required in order to process the dropship order (less than 12 hours).
We highly recommend that you place ebooks dropship orders directly through our Retail & Dropship Price List. When filling out the shopping cart please indicate in the "Special Instructions Section" that this is a dropship order and also indicate your distributor number. In the "Shipping Information Section" write the name, address and (very important) the customer's email where you want the download instructions of the ebook to be sent. Write your name, address and credit card information in the "Cardholder Information Section".
